Visiting a church for the first time can feel daunting, but we want CHCC to be a relaxed and welcoming place. Whether you are exploring faith, new to the area, returning to church, or simply looking for community, you would be very welcome.
New Here?

Join us on Sunday
We meet every Sunday at 10:30am at Grace Cook Primary School.
There is no dress code, and you do not need to know what to do before you arrive. Just come as you are.

Children and families
Children and young people are very welcome. We offer children’s provision on Sundays, and families are also welcome to stay together in the main service.
We want CHCC to be a safe and welcoming place where children and young people are known, valued and able to explore faith.

What to expect
Our Sunday services usually include singing, prayer, Bible teaching, and time as a church family. You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
After the service, there is tea, coffee and time to chat.

Exploring faith
You do not need to be a Christian to come. Questions are welcome, and we would love to help you explore who Jesus is and what Christian faith is all about.
Plan your visit
When to arrive

Arriving 10 minutes early gives you time to settle in and say hello.

We meet at Grace Cook Primary School.
Look out for the CHCC signs and our lovely welcome team.
What to wear

Most people dress casually, so wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

After the service
